SURVEY RESULT

Online survey

In this week, i would like to show the result of our survey. There are 54 people did the survey totally and most of them have strong agree with us ideas.

This result shows that the problem of traveling with SMRT train is too crowded in peak hour the most, therefore they had to face with unwanted situations. To solve the problem, first at all we should know what the commuters thinking, and what they most want to if it could change.

For this week, we are started to do content for online survey.

Most of Singaporean is passenger of SMRT train so everybody also can do this survey (who).

We will do this survey in SurveyMonkey website within 8 questions (where).

To let everybody can do this survey, after done the questions, we will send the website link to friends by mobile phone apps and post on the social media websites (how).

This survey content is about the smelly people in the train (what). Aim is find more informations of reasons lead people get smell (why).
Besides, we also have to do interview, case study, and observation/ experience.
